About Nick and Cindy Davis Nick and Cindy were relocated to Tampa, Florida in 1998 while Nick was assigned by the U.S. Army to the University of South Florida (USF) as an ROTC Instructor. Nick retired in 2004 from the Army with 20 years of honorable Military Service (Infantry). The Davis Family loved the Greater Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater areas and decided to make this their home. Nick and Cindy have one son, Nicholas (22) a Student and have been married for over 24 years. Nick and Cindy have been relocated several times during their military careers and understand what it takes to successfully relocate a family. They have relocated to Florida, Texas, Kansas, Georgia, South Carolina, Korea and Germany (twice).
Nick is from Chicopee, Massachusetts where he joined the U.S. Army at 17. Since retiring from the military Nick has found that he has a passion for Real Estate and has devoted himself to maintaining the professionalism he learned in the military and applying it to his Real Estate profession. While in the military, Nick completed various leadership courses, Drill Sergeant School, U.S. Army Basic Airborne Training and U.S. Army Air Assault Training and knows the importance of training and education.
Cindy is from West Palm Beach, Florida (a native). She currently has 24 years military experience serving the U.S. Army on active duty (16 years) and Retired from the U. S. Army Reserve. Cindy was the First Sergeant of a Basic Combat Training (BCT) Company and has served as Drill Sergeant at Fort Jackson, South Carolina from 2005-2006. Cindy has completed various military Leadership Courses, U.S. Army Basic Airborne Training and Drill Sergeant School. Cindy has 10 years experience working for a National Law Firm, Foley & Lardner (10 years) with the Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Litigation Departments. Cindy left her job at the law firm to join her husband in their Real Estate Business in 2007. She has held an Active Real Estate License since 2000. Cindy is also completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2010.

Nick and Cindy maintain their Real Estate education and have used their education and experience to help many families facing foreclosure by educating them on what options they have. Nick and Cindy are a dedicated team of professionals who can give you the proper attention you deserve.
